Steps to Second Party Conformity to ISO 20121

Below are steps required in undergoing a Second Party Conformity Assessment to ISO 20121 using the SEMS Tool:

1. Buy a copy of the standard
2. Read the standard and the annex guidance
3. Define the scope of your management system
4. Frame your system against a sample event activity
5. Purchase the SEMS Tool
6. Use the SEMS Tool to assist in implement your management system
7. Upload all evidence.
8. Conduct an internal audit/self assessment
9. Request  a quote for 2nd Party assessment
10. Submit for audit
11. Desktop audit conducted, live audit conducted if necessary
12. Conformity assessment confirmed & communications material provided
13.  Promote your achievement!
