West Lexham

We have two purpose-built spaces for corporate hire, the main one being our lovingly renovated grain barn. It is bright and airy, with rustic, organic character throughout. Delegates can enjoy luxury en-suite rooms fitted with upcycled features or be even more adventurous and sleep in our woodland Tree Houses or Glamping bell tents! We are situated in Norfolk, set in 21 acres of private lakes, gardens and forest. Our site is run 95% on renewable energy provided by our biomass boiler and solar panels. We only use eco cleaning products etc. and are working hard to create a natural haven for wildlife. As an example, we have planted every type of indigenous Tree in honour of preserving our natural heritage. Our aim is to create a space for rejuvenation and inspiration. Katitjin Centre

With nine leading edge training rooms, multiple syndicate rooms, lounge and breakout areas, networking and meeting facilities, The Katitjin Centre is an ideal place to learn. This building makes it possible to offer more learning and development initiatives and shows our commitment to sustainability, including the management of people, resources and the environment. It allows the Institute to address the growing capacity and skill needs in Western Australia and international markets. Green Star Rating The Katitjin Centre has been awarded a 6 Star Green Star Education Design V1 certified rating by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). This is the highest green star rating possible, representing world leadership in sustainable building design. The building achieved this rating through a combination of passive design, efficient equipment selection, sophisticated control systems and extensive photovoltaic technology. The 45kw photovoltaic installation resulted in a dramatic reduction of the energy footprint and the building reached a remarkable achievement by producing negative carbon emission.
